All foreign and Indian nationals residing overseas except citizens of Nepal and Bhutan require a valid passport along with an Indian visa for admittance at their port of entry in India. Foreign nationals intending to participate in the Conference are requested to obtain an Invitation Letter from the Conference Secretariat to apply for an Indian Visa in their country of Origin. Visa cost / fee is not included in the Conference registration.

Conference Registration Feefor delegates Includes:

  • Free access to Scientific Sessions and Exhibition
  • Lunch, Tea coffee, and social functions on conference days
  • Conference Kit

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 25% cancellation Fee will be charged before October 20, 2017.
  • No Refunds after October 21, 2017 (100% cancellation shall be applicable).
  • Cancellation to be conveyed in writing / email / fax to the Conference Secretariat. Verbal communication not admissible.
  • Date of receipt of communication for cancellation will be used for calculating amount of refund.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the account from where registration amount was received.
  • All refunds will be processed thirty days after the conference
